One of the most important factors in weightlifting is to lift correctly and safely. Huszka Weightlifting teaches you the necessary correct forms & techniques. Training and skill development include over 30 different exercises based on the two competitive lifts. Our training is highly effective for athletes that want to gain power, speed-strength, improved mobility, and a lifetime of lifting skills.


Snatch

The explosive wide grip single action lift. In training, the snatch has several variations where the athlete develops speed, power and proper technique!

Clean & Jerk

The athlete lifts the barbell first to the shoulders "clean" and then from the shoulders to overhead "jerk"!
